V-Guard had provided many facilities to their employees, but accessing those facilities is the real challenge. V-Guard employees does not have a direct or immediate access to their work documents. They are dependent on the native HRMS system, which can be accessed only through the intranet & it is a web-based application. If an employee wants to book a meal in their canteen or raise a request for office cab or requesting a bonafide letter or marriage allowance they have to use only their office system to raise in a request. All the managers & admins has to use their office system/network to approve their reportee request. Which is time consuming & causes unnecessary delay.

• Heptagon technology proposed the Peopledesk system(a modern HRMS system). Where the users will have a web & mobile application(both android & ios).
• The system is hosted in the cloud, so the users can access it from anywhere.
• Vguard employees can raise a request through a mobile app & the admin person can also approve or reject the request from their mobile app.

• The salary will be credited on the last working day of the month, if an employee wants to view his/her salary slip, only by Monday in office they can view.
• Now using the Peopledesk system from their mobile app on the same time the employees can view their pay slip. This portal has helped the admins to manage the request effectively.
